From Death to Life: Working with the Shamballa Impact - Jon Eden Khan

We all know that the major resource issues of our world – extreme poverty, hunger, water access, technology access, energy access, etc. – could be solved tomorrow.

All of them. If there was a will to do so.

We have the resources.

But it isn’t a resource issue.

It’s an issue of will.

In the Mercury Transmissions we’re given a confrontational teaching that at the deepest level, the reason humanity doesn’t use its will to solve these issues now is because at the level of the soul, the truth is we don’t want to be here.

That if we’re honest, we want out.

That it’s all just too hard.

And that at this depth of our being, we want to die.

Now, this doesn’t mean there aren’t parts of us that deeply want to live.

There are.

Deep down in the body there are survival drives that are just as strong as this death drive I’m pointing to.

But there is a place in all our souls that is still only half here, and the esoteric teachings tell us the lack of will we collectively demonstrate to address the major issues of our world is related to this.

There comes a time on the path where this builds to a point of crisis, and we’re faced with the cost of our inability to truly come all the way into this life.

Maybe it’s a relationship crisis, a financial crisis, a purpose crisis, or our lack of ability to truly show up for ourselves. But we realise that a deep level, we have refused to truly be here and this has to change.

To resolve this crisis, we realise that we must face the part of us that actually wants to end it all. That wants death.

And somehow, we must shift that dynamic to a full choice for life. To come all the way in, as the full power of who we are, so that its will can pour through our lives and bring the shifts that are needed.

Ultimately, this is the mystery of resurrection.

Coming into incarnation was death to the divine Life we are, and ever since then there has been a part of our soul that wants the death of the body to return to its source.

We eventually realise we must resurrect the divine Life of our core to bring it all the way in to the realm of the personality and there, “raise the dead to life”.

Doing this requires that as souls, we integrate the death drive.

Its unintegrated expression is the unconscious part of us that wants to die because this world is too hard, which is the deep source of our lack of will.

Or it can also express in projecting responsibility for our lack of ability to manifest the world we long for onto others and aiming the death impulse at them (e.g. the Nazis or the Middle East conflict today).

The soul finally integrating the death drive involves it accepting the deep truth it’s always known:

That if it is truly serious about going all the way on this path, at some point it will lead to a certain inner death.

That the one who set out on the path is not going to complete it, and that this death is a doorway to a Life it would never know otherwise.

The soul integrates the death drive by facing it and consenting to the death of its illusion of separation, which is penetrated by its deeper monadic identity that knows itself as the same One that lives in all cores.

The soul and personal selves get to stay, but now as clothes around the dark electric emptiness of our core where the One vibrates.

And it is this death that allows a space through which the power of the monad can pour and bring the will needed in the personality world for the full incarnation of our divinity.

Now scale this up to the planet, and the 2025 Shamballa Impact, which is a transmission of the monadic energy of the Earth.

This is where humanity is today.

At this point of crisis where we cannot go any further, and everything is going to breakdown even more if we don’t face our core refusal to truly be here.

Now, most of humanity isn’t there yet. Most of humanity is not ready to face directly into the death drive in the collective soul and integrate it to access the monadic energy of the planet.

But this is the role our groups can play in service of the collective.

To turn together toward the death drive within us, and from a place where we are ready to die but wanting to live give consent to our illusions of separation being penetrated by the monadic One of the Earth so that its life can pour through our cores and bring humanity the will for the shifts that are needed.

This is the dark group work we are invited into in the 2025 Shamballa Impact.

It is the deep mystery of Pluto in Aquarius. The death that is the doorway to Life.

It is the mystery of Resurrection.
